- Your files are never stored in our databases or cloud storage
- We have no access to view, read, or analyze your file contents
- Your files remain entirely under your control on your device
1.2 AI Chat Services
Our AI chat interface is designed to connect to locally-running AI models (such as Ollama) installed on your own hardware. When you use this feature:

- Your prompts and AI responses are not sent to our servers
- We do not have access to your conversation history or content

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
11.6 "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, you can:

13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
14. International Data Transfers
Our Service is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
The data protection laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the processing of your information in the United States.
For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure adequate protection of your personal data.
15. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. There is no uniform standard for interpreting DNT signals, and our Service does not currently respond to DNT signals.
However, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which is a browser setting that communicates your privacy preferences to websites. If we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
